Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This means we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We'll then process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Rates

All orders shipped within the United States (excluding Alaska) are charged a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order. This rate applies regardless of the products, order value, or number of items in your order. Shipping to Hawaii is included at the same flat rate. We do not ship to Alaska. This shipping method is shown at checkout as "Express Shipping" and includes a tracking number.

For orders shipped outside the United States, shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and shipping method. The exact shipping cost, along with any notice of applicable duties or taxes, is displayed at checkout before your order is submitted.

We do not charge any additional shipping fees after your order is placed. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes collected by the destination country.

Shipping Destinations

Langston & Reed ships to customers across a wide range of international destinations, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and other supported regions. Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.

We currently ship to Hawaii but do not ship to Alaska.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, and the estimated delivery timeframe is displayed during checkout where available.

Our Shipping Partners

Orders may be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, R & L Carriers, or other local or international carrier partners depending on the product, fulfillment location, and delivery destination.

The specific carrier used for an order may vary. Once your order has shipped, the available carrier and tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Fulfillment

Langston & Reed operates from Lithuania and works with third-party manufacturers, fulfillment providers, logistics partners, and carriers to serve customers internationally. Depending on the product, availability, and delivery destination, orders may be processed and shipped from different domestic or international fulfillment locations.

Delivery and Processing Overview

Order Cut-off Time: 17:00 (CT)

Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery Time: 2 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday)

Tracking Information

After your payment is processed, your order will normally ship within three business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of the order leaving the applicable fulfillment location.

If Your Order Has Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check the tracking information provided with your shipping confirmation. We also recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery carrier in case the parcel was delivered nearby.

If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact our customer support team with your order number, delivery address, and email address. We will review the shipment and assist you with the next steps.

Incorrect Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us for an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping costs), and you will need to place a new order.

Address Change

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a change of address by contacting our customer service. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
